Risk Register

This document details various risks that may occur throughout the project dictated by multiplying the probability of the risk’s occurrence (on a scale of 1-10) by the impact of the potential risk (on a scale of 1-10). The three highest ranked have subsequent response plans in order to mitigate risk as much as possible. It shows perceived data in action to create a visual spreadsheet for reference throughout the project in order to produce the most seamless and successful outcome.
