Invoicing Google Form

This was the Google Form I created that is linked within the final process document. It allowed the team to be able to put in all of the information for invoices in one place that was needed to process them on time.

I presented this form to the team and made sure that I answered all questions and concerns that they had regarding each category to fill out within the form. This form initiated a change in behavior within the team to be able to process invoices more efficiently by allowing a space for all of the necessary information to live.
