Final Process Document

After identifying the problems with the old process through research and ideating how the new process would make invoicing more efficient, this is the document that was distributed to the team for future reference.

It details the steps that would now be taken between the team and I to implement and uphold the new invoicing process. This is the culmination of project overview, risk identification, and work breakdown to create a concise visual for simplification of what was once a complicated operation.
